Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy — we confirm it once payment succeeds. Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Stock is reserved only once your order is placed, not while it sits in your bag, so availability can change between browsing and checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed by Bob Pay. We never see or store your card or bank details. If a gift card or discount code fully covers your order, it's confirmed immediately with no separate payment step.

Delivery

Nationwide tracked delivery via Bob Go, typically 1–5 business days depending on courier and location. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns & exchanges

Free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Unworn returns are refunded to your original payment method through Bob Pay within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item back. Start a return from your account's order history, or by looking up your order number and email if you checked out as a guest.

Gift cards & discount codes

Gift cards don't expire unless a specific expiry date was set at issue, and can be used across multiple orders until the balance runs out. Discount codes apply to a single order and can't be combined with another code.

Liability

We're not liable for delays caused by our courier or payment partners once an order has left our hands, beyond working with them to resolve it on your behalf. Nothing here limits any right you have under South African consumer protection law that can't lawfully be excluded.
