A small team, on purpose

BULGR is still founder-run. No HR department, no floors of desks — just the two of us, doing the work ourselves, learning as we go, and building this the right way.

That means we're not currently hiring. But it doesn't mean the door's closed.

Why we're telling you anyway

We started this business because we couldn't find what we were looking for, so we built it. That same standard applies to everything else we do — the materials we choose, the suppliers we partner with, and eventually, the people we bring on board.

We're always glad to hear from people who care about considered materials and uncompromising engineering as much as we do. Whether that's product, design, logistics, customer experience, or something we haven't thought to look for yet — if you obsess over getting the details right, we want to know you exist.

What "considered" means to us

We don't chase trends or cut corners to hit a price point. Every product we carry, and everything we build around it, gets held to the same question: does this actually make someone feel good, or does it just look like it should?

If that's the kind of standard you hold yourself to, you'll probably fit right in — eventually.
